I can hear again!

Finally, the wax is gone! I've been using the peroxide stuff I wrote about in my last post, but it was the little squeezy bulb thingy that came with it that did the job, blasting about half an inch of stinking black wax out of my ear. It's surprising, as soon as it popped out I almost fell over, I felt so dizzy. It must have pushed up against my ear drum hard enough to put off my balance; I didn't even know that was possible.

Now I'm going around marvelling at how loud things sound, and knowing the direction of things without looking. It is awesome.
